I loved working with the kids because they were compassionate and hilarious. I have so many funny stories from the job. I also liked having responsibilities and being treated like an adult.
What I wish was different
I had to work up to 50 hours a week which was incredibly demanding and most of my friends worked 20 or less hours.
Advice
You have to be patient but stern because children don’t respond to aggression but children will walk all over you if you let them.
