What I liked

The atmosphere and the people I worked with. The product has a lot of meaning for people so I got to hear some awesome stories about people and why they were buying certain charms and what they meant for them in their life.

What I wish was different

I felt like sometimes I wasn't treated fairly with requesting time off. The company is smaller and the employees are all very close, but they give you a hard time about not being able to work even if it's just one weekend.

Advice

Stick up for yourself and don't let them run your life. It's not your forever and so you shouldn't live for the job.

What I liked

I liked the companies drive, the positive energy, and the giving back to communities aspect. They have a lot of donations to all different types of charities and even local ones. I loved being able to connect and establish a relationship with every client in the store, and even met some amazing people I will never forget.

What I wish was different

I wish the hours were more than I got because I had night shifts which happened to be four hour shifts.

Advice

If you work for this company, do not just memorize the products meanings but try to connect with it. It is very easy since there are so many types of symbols and it will make selling that much easier.
