What I wish was different
This is something out of Albertina Kerr's control, but my coworkers were often nightmare to work with. The most frustrating part of my job was trying to work with difficult coworkers, as they are stuck in their ways and aren't willing to try new approaches to situations. Oftentimes, situations would become escalated because of interactions with other staff, which made trying to connect or deescalate situations much more difficult.
