I enjoyed the culture of the company, everyone I worked with was so diverse bringing their unique perspective to the company is part of what made my experience so enjoyable.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to share experiences with other interns, but do to pandemic restrictions we only worked on our perspective projects.
Advice
Always ask questions to the people you're working with because chances are they've been where you are and can give you good advice on things you are unsure about

Project Management
May 2018 • St. Louis, MO
What I liked
I loved engaging in diverse experiences in the performing stage of the construction project. It was an interactive, welcoming project team willing to answer questions and share knowledge.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have explored more aspects of the project beyond the scopes for which I was responsible.
Advice
Truly immerse yourself in your project team. Put yourself out there, greet people who walk through the door, ask for more tasks if the load can be managed and ask for a variety of tasks, always think ahead, answer your question before you ask it and share your proposed thought with the person you are presenting the question. These things helped me solve more problems on my own, think more in depth, and have a fulfilling experience.
