I loved working and living alongside the community. One really get's immersed in the job, in a good way.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more organization and professionalism in the work place. The children made the difference.
Advice
It can be disheartening working long hours with families that are going through adversity, but the reminder that you are making a difference really goes a long way.
