The workplace was very welcoming and allowed me to feel comfortable learning about the position and growing my experience in sales.
What I wish was different
I wish that there was a different system for commission. I made a lot of sales and did not receive any commission because they had the first month for $50 while I was working and only the first month's cost went towards the commission. On top of this there was a required amount of sale you had to make before you were able to receive commission and with the $50 if was very very hard to reach the amount to actually start making commission.
Advice
This position is really good for someone who is very outgoing so make sure you are comfortable approaching people and selling them something.
