I loved the behind-the-scenes of working a professional sporting event. I love baseball, and this made it all the more fun.
What I wish was different
I wish there was not as much chaos in the workplace, but with a job with so many moving parts, it is inevitable.
Advice
Video production is not something I necessarily wanted to go into. But now after this experience, it is now at the top of my dream job ideas. Do not be afraid to do a job just because it is not exactly what you want to do in the future.

Very flexible schedule, manageable tasks, gave full access into what it took to run a professional organization as such, got to be immersed in sports, interact with people, build connections

very long work days, it was unpaid, unreliable manager/boss
Advice
Never doubt yourself. Going in, I struggled with doubting myself and my capabilities, but by the end, I learned to be confident and trust myself to do the things I was asked of feel and efficiently.

What I liked
Very nice Management, and a very organized work environment. The Stand managers were very nice and I had fun with the other people I worked along side with.
What I wish was different
I wish I didn't have to be moved to different stands when some people didn't show up to work, but it didn't bother me too much because it was always the same work.
Advice
Really talking with your employers and having a good interview can really show what you bring to the table and influence how your employer sees you.
