I loved gaining experience working with children while building relationships with staff, students and parents. I also loved the field trips and exploring Northeast Ohio with my students.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a larger budget for more field trips and experiences.
Advice
Come with an open mind to be a consistent role model for children.

Its worth every second; don't be too hard on the campers or yourself, everyone makes mistakes but be willing to learn from them.
