People are generally nice and are easy to get along with, while still having a good work ethic and overall concern for the well being of the company and their coworkers
What I wish was different
Training segments felt slow at times and I wish supervisors were more involved
Advice
Accelerate the training program and/or give trainees more responsibilities in small projects
