What I liked
Tasks assigned to me were either within my abilities or close at hand with some guidance. I was allowed to manage myself and my work without constant check-ins, and given the option to work overtime. As a smaller company, AIRman made me feel like a valued member of the team instead of just a cog. I believe management and my coworkers did an excellent job helping me gain on-the-job experience, and recommend this as a place of work to any Mechanical Engineers interested in the transportation/distribution parts manufacture that AIRman specializes in.
