Working for Mr. Shapiro helped me gain an insight into the life of a music composer, something I myself aspire to work as someday. I was involved in the release of a couple of his latest singles at the time, coming up with the title and helping him achieve the means by which to distribute his music. Certainly, even remotely, this was an enriching opportunity to apply my musical knowledge and to exercise my creativity.
What I wish was different
Because of the pandemic, I was unable to participate in some components that would have required a physical presence, such as helping set up live events and organizing them. Nonetheless, even through a virtual environment, Mr. Shapiro made sure I was able to reap the benefits from this internship as efficiently as possible.
Advice
It pays off to delve deeper into the subjects one is covering. If one asks for more work at Airbox Music Publishing LLC, they will only gain good practice and/or experience from it.
