My favorite part of my summer internship was the people that I worked with. Everyone was very friendly and always willing to answer my questions. I really enjoyed attending meetings because I got to learn a lot from listening. I also liked learning about a very specific area of insurance.
What I wish was different
I wish that there were more interns because it would have been nice to get to know more people my age.
Advice
My advice would be to communicate your workload to your internship supervisor and at the very beginning of the internship clarify how often and in what medium your supervisor would like you to communicate with them.
