They had very strict scheduling, and would not work with people's schedules for months after hire.

What I liked

I loved helping people become the best version of themselves they could be. I loved developing leaders and helping them be successful the way I was successful.

What I wish was different

I do wish there had been better onboarding for different positions within the company. A lot of the time you just started doing the job and learned as you went.

What I liked

Enjoyed team members and coaches working with you on the project. You mostly work independently. You get evaluated and can earn bonuses that way.

What I wish was different

Wish the schedule was more forgiving for student workers.

Advice

This will be a full time job, be prepared for overtime. You may be handling some angry customers, be ready to de-escalate them and do not take anything personally.
