I enjoyed making a difference in someone's life every day. I liked my work environment and all of the residents that I worked with.
What I wish was different
I wish that there wasn't a need for caregivers, and I also wish that I could stay updated on how the residents that I helped are doing.
Advice
Patience and being a good listener are invaluable skills to have.
