Very small company with opportunities to see all aspects of the sales and manufacturing process. Additionally, I got to attend a conference teaching local businesses about how to export their goods, which was a great networking opportunity.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more structure to projects, and a clearer job description.
Advice
Be vocal when you need a project, don't get too worried about the technical aspects, and help encourage others to make progress on team projects so that you may take the reins.
