The company culture - it felt like a family working at AAM with the other coworkers and I knew that I could always turn to others, whether my supervisor or general employees of the company if I ever had any questions about the position itself or my future in the industry.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have been working more than I did - my internship was part-time so I only came in a couple of days a week since they had other interns also working part-time on my off days. I feel it would've been more helpful to immerse myself in the 5 Day workweek through this internship
Advice
Find work to do - often you're operating between tasks that are strictly needed and asked for by your supervisor, and finding a way to make this "downtime" into productive work that could aid the company in their goals goes a long way.
