It was easy to get along with customers and learn the auto parts environment.
What I wish was different
More training time to get to know the auto parts, they are very diverse and each person coming is doesn’t know their own information.
Advice
It taught me a lot about working in a retail customer setting, and I was able to grow business skills.

Supply Chain Intern
May - July 2019 • Lakeland, FL
What I liked
The culture and the team was very accepting of new ideas and willing to test out new ways to improve. Management listened to everyone and never down played anything the interns would bring up. You have a a great opportunity to make a substantial difference! We also got to travel to North Carolina to visit the headquarters and present our projects!
What I wish was different
I wish we would have had a couple weeks longer to offset the training week and the last week.
Advice
Start early and never be scared to ask for help. Every one there wants you to succeed!
