What I liked
The flexibility with scheduling, as well as the opportunity to work with people who need support.
What I wish was different
The behavioral guidelines the agency has in place, in my opinion, is not as effective as it could be.
Advice
I would negotiate a higher pay! And would I would encourage people to understand the responsibility they’re taking on as a Direct Support Provider for people in need of support.

What I liked
I love the kids at the preschool. It's such a rewarding experience which is why I go back every summer.
