What I liked

I love the diversity among the associates and the atmosphere of the workplace. The building is only two years old so the facilities are packed with updated equipment.

What I wish was different

I wish the training had been spread out over a longer period of time with more focus on the job functions that associates encounter each day.

Advice

Be patient. It’s a lot information at once and you will feel overwhelmed at times, but we’ve all been there so take your time with the training (you’ll meet a lot of nice people along the way) and ask questions.

What I liked

Gave me a change to experience working in both a large corporation and further my knowledge in sales. Taught me that inside sales is still a very prevalent portion of the sales process. ADP gave me the tools and keys to be successful while interning for them. They set you up with a mentor. The work environment is comforting and there are no issues with trying to fit in. Everyone around you is set out to help you.

What I wish was different

Nothing. If you're interested in sales, this is something I highly recommend.

Advice

If you are interested in this position, approach it with passion and drive. You get what you give. Utilize all your resources around you.

I have enjoyed learning about benefits and HR and gaining a knowledge I didn’t have before my internship.

Advice

I would tell others to learn how to own their own growth and development- if there is something (a different field, business unit, etc.) you want to learn, own it and learn it by networking. When you are an intern, people are typically willing to share their professional experiences with you and provide great insight.
