What I liked

I loved the environment and culture. The overall internship was a 10/10. I felt so welcomed and was given opportunities every day to network and learn all the different aspects of Global Digital Sales at ADP. I learned so many incredible tools, and had the opportunity to put my skills to the test in real situations! Such a great company and highly recommend it!

What I wish was different

I wish it was a bit longer, some of it seemed rushed. Also, I think there needs to be more communication between the different areas for there was a lot of repetition in what was taught. I think there could also be a little less busy work, or at least should have made the competitions more quality over quantity.

Fully immerse yourself in every opportunity that is given to you!

They give you a lot of resources to help you succeed such as mentorship and online lessons.

What I wish was different

I mean maybe more individual teaching for specific topics, but they have their own jobs so I don't blame them.

Advice

This was a good internship because the recognized that I wasn't able to do the job yet and they gave me the opportunity to grow without being harsh.

ADP gave me a project to work on with another intern. We were both apart of a team where everyone was eager to help us learn and grow.

What I liked

There were a lot of different technologies I got to work with and it was awesome having a mentor that I could ask questions to whenever I was stuck on a problem. The internship encouraged me to ask questions and continuously grow as a developer.

Do not be afraid to ask questions! You're only an intern, you aren't expected to know everything!

What I liked

My mentor wanted me to learn as much as possible, he wasn't as interested in me building something functional, rather me learning how to work in a business. We got free lunch everyday besides Friday and I had pretty flexible hours, I came in at 10 and left at 6 and didn't have to deal with traffic.
