Innovation Engineer Co-op

What I liked

This co-op exposed me to research, technical writing, practical coding, and data analysis. The company is somewhat small with only 3 people working on innovation but everyone is very nice and willing to chat. In addition, there is easy access to public transportation that takes you into Boston where exploration is very fun.

What I wish was different

They currently only have 1 co-op student per semester (they are looking to expand eventually) so at times it can feel a bit isolating, and despite the very good pay rate I was given finding a place to rent on short notice and for cheap enough was hard for me.

Advice

Find some hobbies like cooking, working out, or some other activity that you can go to a class for and meet some people if you want to hang out with people your age.
