We are an Anti-Poverty Agency with four (4) major programs. We provide services for children participating in our Head Start Program which is our largest program, Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS), Weatherization Services (WAP), assistance through the Community Services Block Grant Program, and assistance with providing food through the Regional Second Harvest Food Bank.
