I enjoyed being in Athens over the summer, some students were paid for this internship while others were not. I️t is not a huge time commitment so interns either took classes or worked in addition to responsibilities with Action Ministries.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been paid, but I enjoyed my experience regardless.
Advice
Recruit volunteers/friends before the program starts and that will help give you the ability to plan exciting activities for the kids.
