I liked the work environment and the fact that I got a good baseline experience in the field of Solar Design which has propelled me forward in a direction that I am now sure of.

Advice
Be enthusiastic and proactive. When there's no work to do, ask for it. Go on as many site visits as possible because that's where most of the learning happens.
