Work environment is very friendly. Coworkers are all very experienced and they are willing to guide me and answer my questions whenever I have one since I never worked in medical device industry. It is a small company so I had chance to do lots of things. Hands on work is necessary which I prefer a lot because I don't like an "office job".
What I wish was different
I hope they can provide anatomy chart/graphic that is related to the product. I was very confused about the blood vessel prior to an animal study. It is quite a lot to digest for a person who has little to none knowledge about that.
Advice
Be open minded and humble. People here are patient and will not judge you with your question as long as you are willing to learn.

What I liked
Perfect small company environment where you get to take on responsibilities that you want. Easygoing and stress-free workplace with many opportunities for growth and development. Many different technologies to work on under one roof.
What I wish was different
Nothing.

If you prefer a rigid, big company structure, this is not the company for you. Perfect for you if you prefer flexibility to work on projects/task across multiple departments and projects.
