What I liked
The atmosphere within ACCO is very welcoming an enjoyable to be a part of. The work they had me do was very interesting to me and has sparked an interest in project management.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had a little more interaction with the engineering team, but that was difficult as I was in the Fresno office, which has no design engineers present.
Advice
Listen to and take advice from everyone. Even if they are not engineers, they have valuable input. Especially if they are the field technicians that are installing the engineer’s design, they will have valuable advice.
