What I liked
I received amazing experience (call center, medical records, marketing, probation pathways, practioner credentialing, and clinic expansion).
What I wish was different
The atmosphere in an addiction clinic isn’t always the most welcoming, but it was extremely rewarding to help at least one person!
Advice
Don’t make excuses for anything. My boss appreciated hard work and honesty over petty excuses. If something wasn’t done, just say “no” and move on. Don’t try to explain, just own up and carry on.
