I learned so much about the nonprofit sector! While working there I also was able to build my marketing and content development skills. My internship cultivated my skills in data analytics as well as donor communications!
What I wish was different
I wish I would have gotten more time to finalize the welcome series that I created.
Advice
I advise you to take control of your internship and job experience. I interned with this company during spring 2019 and I asked for a different summer internship, I did not wait to maybe be offered! Also, I used my resources to develop skills that would translate into the work I currently do now.
