I loved how friendly everyone at the company was and how I felt valued. I worked on teams and completed real tasks and was able to see my impact. I also got to work from home a lot which was nice for a summer job.

Advice
Focus on soft skills and build a github portfolio to look at. Also, join some sort of hackathon, something for you to put on your resume. And take CS/SWE 321 and use the project on your resume.

The community and co-workers were very friendly and hard-working. Answer majority of questions when asked. Great communication among all employees.
What I wish was different
Although majority of projects were great, the inventory system was slightly a drag conflicting with daily day-to-day operations.
Advice
Always have a "can-do" attitude. Engage in all projects within your department. Really work hard to get the task done right the first time.
