What I liked

I loved the amount of responsibility I was immediately given in this role. Despite the internship's virtual nature, the interns were given numerous opportunities to network with each other and senior leadership and also to explore the different industries and offerings within Accenture. Additionally, the amount of support and sense of community I felt during my summer experience from every person I interacted with was incredibly motivating and, ultimately, is what drove me to accept my full-time offer.

What I liked

I loved the people that I worked with. I always felt supported and engaged, and I genuinely felt like I belonged on the team.

What I wish was different

I wish I was able to be on-site so I could connect with my team better, but this obviously wasn't possible or safe, so I wish we were able to bond as a team more.

Always ask questions! Your mentors and supervisors are always willing and want to help!

What I liked

Absolutely wonderful program even in an entirely virtual environment during the pandemic. The people were fabulous and always took time to get to know the interns and invest in our personal and professional development. The work I did was impactful, significant, and highly rewarding.
