Lovely coworkers, organizers were friendly and well-prepared, and campers were wonderful. It was also great to work with the skilled musicians from ASO; though I didn't have experience in all the instruments we used, I still was able to keep ahead of the campers and help them practice and learn.
What I wish was different
Some variety in the activities available on location would have helped manage the kids easier.
Advice
In the case of things like these summer camps, just do it! It's easy, fulfilling, and they need all the help they can get managing all these kids.
