I enjoyed the people that I was working with as well as the opportunity to learn how sour beer was made.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had been respected more by my managers. However, ultimately, that is on me.

Advice

Make sure to communicate with your managers so that they do not feel disrespected by your nonchallance.
