What I liked

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the people that I worked with. I was able to learn about every position in the branch. I was able to even speak with a M.I.T. (manager in training) and learn what he was going through. My internship program was a very organized process with weekly tasks.

The company is an employee-first company. They want every employee to feel valued and appreciated and this results in those same employees giving %110 percent to the customers. They also have great leadership and allow you to make independent decisions to learn on your own.

What I liked

I love coming to work and being around people who are passionate about their job as I am. It is such a great experience and I feel like I have grown and learned so much. ABC is a great company with great values that the associates live by every day.

What I wish was different

I like the way things are, so there is not much I would change.

Advice

Communication is a game-changer. If I needed something, I just asked. If I had a question, I just asked. No idea or remark was dumb. The atmosphere and associates have been welcoming since day 1. I feel like I fit in and am making a difference within the company which is amazing.
