First off, I didn't have a summer job here, I had a part-time job (but this isn't an option when creating a review). This job was great. Super fast-paced and almost everyone on staff, including anchors, were very supportive.
What I wish was different
The only thing that I wish was different would be having eyes in the studio. When on cameras I sometimes had a hard time adjusting multiple frames at once and when getting directions from both the anchors and on coms, it becomes overwhelming. In the end, you have to make a choice.
Advice
Live with the fact that you will make mistakes. As long as you learn from them, no one will mind.
