Being able to help customers and work for a restaurant that I've always loved going to myself.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had worked inside the restaurant more (I worked mainly as a carhop because our A&W had a drive-in).
Advice
Try to learn how to make items and memorize the menu if you can. It may help you quite a bit rather than having to reference the menu or ask a coworker.

Like they say the customers always right, even though you might not think it’s true. Keep all comments you yourself even if they are wrong and go on with a smile!
