What I liked
A-LIGN's corporate culture is phenomenal. I never felt intimidated by anyone in the office, and everyone was always eager to help. Upper management clearly cared about the employees, including the interns. Scott, the CEO, was funny, kind, and personable. My direct manager, was very social, always there to help and easy to talk to. Everyone that I worked with was amazing. The company really does care about their employees. During my internship, there were many social events as well: Top Golf, happy hour, escape room, etc. The main event was the company-wide get together in Orlando, where everything was provided and paid for. Overall, amazing company, amazing people, and amazing culture.
