What I liked
I like that I was constantly meeting new people! Every day was a new day at work and that kept me motivated and excited. It was fulfilling to help people and make an impact in their lives. I really appreciated the staff at A Caring Hand and I always felt understood and supported. This helped me feel comfortable approaching them with concerns and I was able to learn a lot from them.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to spend more time with each client. Due to frequent schedule changes, I often would only meet with a client once or twice.

The hourly wage was $2 less than other workers at the same company, do wish I had gotten a raise.

The special-needs kids I worked with were great. Each one had a big personality and so kind.
What I wish was different
I wish I was reimbursed for gas. But that's really it!
Advice
Being a Nursing Assistant is a great way to see what the medical field is like! A license is decently easy to get too!!
