Operation Mobilization (OM)

“I worked with The Freedom Challenge (FC) and other teams during my time here. I worked on projects given that enhanced my knowledge on data analysis. I also learned how to build and categorize the FC's website to appeal to their supporters. During my time there, I enjoyed working with the team and others in the OM community. Specifically, I appreciated that my supervisor gave me projects that I could manage with minor supervision, while being there if I needed assistance. My interest along with my skills greatly impacted FC and OM as a whole going forward. Aside from the work aspects at OM, I liked the diversity of people and the various stories they shared about their experiences at OM. For instance, Global Prayer brought so many people from around the world, merging their cultures and praying for the reached and unreached peoples in the world. Not to mention, OM provided housing and a stipend to help during my time there.”

“I got to work with the full marketing team and executives to work on real projects that will have a huge impact on OM going forward. My supervisor met with me to actually get to know me and pair my interests, skill, and personality with projects that I would actually enjoy doing. I met with the VP of Marketing frequently discuss what I had done and when to present it to the whole group and he always asked how I was personally, if I too much/little work, if there was anything they could change to make the work better, if I enjoyed the work I was doing. Along with a generous stipend (which includes housing), I loved being here and pairing my love business with my love for Jesus and spreading the Gospel around the world. ”
