I wish I had been able to train more in depth to have more confidence when I began working full time in the servicing department.

What I liked
Every intern was assigned a mentor and worked the entry level position. I loved having the mentor there to help you if you ever got stuck. It was also really nice because you had someone to ask questions. I learned a lot working this internship. Troy Fussell, one of 21st Mortgage's vice presidents would periodically set aside time from his day to have meetings with all of the interns. He would go over the company's financial statements, the company's sales data, and more. I learned a great deal from Troy's meetings. 21st Mortgage is a great company to intern at and I recommend it to anyone interested.
