I loved getting to see how churches were run. The spiritual formation team deals with how the church is developed through moments on sundays and through out the week in the community. It was a lot to think about and really opened my eyes to a new side of the church. It made me realize what being a spiritual leader was about and gave me a heart for others.

Advice
I would advice people to get out of their comfort zones, because that is when true growth happens. I would also share for people to make the most of every moment. It’s easy to want to wait until you feel adequate or experienced to contribute to the conversation, but it is important to learn that if the people above you put you in the room they want to hear what you have to say.
