I did not have my own clients at U.S. Bank as I was assigned work by other full-time U.S. Bank employees. However, once I was given a client, I was expected to own my work. The full-time U.S. Bank employees were ultimately the ones who communicated with the client but I was expected to go through the support and note what documents were missing. The full-time employees would rely on my work to communicate what documents the client still needed to provide to finish their loan application. Therefore, my work was heavily relied on and I was expected to own my areas.
