Good personal skills, communication skills, organization, and time management are very important to be successful as a Project Leader. As a co-op, you will often be given several projects (or parts of projects) to complete at the same time, so organization and time management are necessary to complete tasks on time and efficiently. A significant amount of communication and interaction with others is required in order to complete any one project, which is where personal skills and good communication skills are vital.
