You have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. You have to be able to open conversing and open to the customers and employees that you are serving and working with. You also have to be a Kenny to accept constructive and destructive criticism. You have to be able to handle the different and difficult customers on certain days. You have to fight through pain and sickness that may come your way to try and stop you from working. Last piece of advice is to always be assertive, and never let anyone play with your income. Ask questions, enjoy your work environment, and gain as much knowledge and experience as you can out of your job. Who knows, maybe it’ll even become your career. Also, do not be afraid to dial or not know something. Do not be afraid to ask your manager or your fellow employees about something you don’t quite understand. Your on a team of people who want to succeed as bad as you do, so do not be afraid to ask for help if needed.
