A Manufacturing Engineer has to be able to work in a team of very differently minded people. When working in a production environment, the Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with the Mechanics and Liasion Engineers to fully define and understand the problem on the production floor, and take that back to the appropriate group, be it Tool Engineering, Design Engineers, Stress Analysts, or the suppliers. Clear communication and thorough problem solving are critical, especially when each of those groups has their own nuances for how they think and address problems. In the development environment, a Manufacturing Engineer has to be able to see the big picture and the fine details at the same time. They must represent those who will be on factory floor even when the factory does not have a floor yet.
Make sure you have specific examples of teams that you've worked on, if they had challenges or successes associated with them, how you work through those challenges or how you attain those successes. Also have specific examples of engineering projects, how they might relate to the job you're applying to, but also ask the hiring manager if there were any positions on your resume that seem to align with the role and ask if they would like you to expound on it.

My interview for Boeing was a behavior interview, so a lot of emphasis is placed on how you work in a team, how you solve problems, and how you go about the design process. Most work on aircraft design is collaborative and so being able to work well in a team and to know how the design process works are very important.
