Be able to sell yourself! A lot of the interview process is to see how well you fit in with the current account managers. The interviewers want to see if you would be enjoyable to be working around and with everyday for 8 hours. Have a personality and be able to be confident in your ability to get along well with others.
Know how to develop people. A lot of the work we do as account managers is developing leaders we work with and being able to hold them accountable with setting realistic goals. Prepare by knowing how you can set goals and develop others as that is a large part of what we do.
