Each team member, upon employment is given a sales goal per hour and is trained to present, style, and wardrobe each guest while providing extremely efficient and courteous customer service. Each sales team member is responsible for initiating contact with guests, showing product, creating a presentation, inquiring about guest loyalty, sizing, buckle credit card, and fit card capabilities. As a sales team member, with each customer, the teammate should fill out his/her Sales projection guide and follow up on productivity, customer connectivity, and ask questions about where to go next with each customer. A teammate should check in with his/her leader with each step along the way and will be provided with helpful insight, accommodations, and tips for the customer. Overall, in my experience it is important to seek out a leader as each teammate can provide valuable experience to further my own capabilities with customers; however, the job is a major learning experience and a teammate takes ownership for each sale, must maintain immense time management, pace, and service levels. Each teammate is responsible for their work. You only get out of it what you put into it.
