What I liked was that there were experienced people around that I can reached out to if I had questions, the Skype chat was also helpful. If you like beer, at certain times of the week, you can get free beer. Everyone I worked with were very nice as well. What I did not like about working there, was the old system the company is using. It was very confusing, and it may take you longer to figure out (good thing you are near a coworker who knows how it works). Another thing I did not like was the fact that sometimes I felt underprepared handling some calls for brands I didn't train for. Most of these calls were from Canada, however, training may be different depending on what time of the year you are hired on. If you are hired around the Superbowl, management might rush to put you on the phones during training.
