Be prepared to talk to why you're interested in marketing/advertising and how your past experience 1. demonstrates this interest and 2. qualifies you for the position. Also be prepared to speak to 3-4 pieces of advertising you like, and 2-3 you don't like (and why).

Destiny,
I appreciate such an honest and helpful response. It is refreshing to see that companies like FCB Chicago care about experiences, both big and small, positive and negative. I have applied to a few positions at FCB Chicago, and I am hoping that my passion for learning and never settling will work to my advantage. Thank you for an insightful response. I wish you best of luck in your future endeavors.
Best,
Hannah B.

I think it's important to think about all of your experiences ( especially those where you were a leader ; if you don't have any , its ok) and think about the skills you used and the ones you learned during your time. Everyone has leadership skills and abilities , so don't make the interview about the skills you HAVE, instead make it about how you learned and how valuable the skills are to you. Everyone doesn't acknowledge their ignorance ( or are too embarrassed to do so) ; This is your opportunity to be mature with a different angle. Think about them. Claim them. Embody Them. Share Them. I call it, Reflection.
