Great answer Katie! The key is just to be yourself! Some good advice for any interview you have is to check out the company's website and online presence before too...always good to come with questions if you have.
I had a video interview which can sometimes be more nerve-racking. I think the best way to prepare for the interview is to go to your university's career service office and ask to have a mock interview. If this option is not available to you I would say that the best way to prepare is to think about your work experience and determine how that will translate to working at a summer camp with kids. Keep fresh in your mind information about difficult situations you have been in and how you have handled them, as well as any experience working with children or any summer camp experiences you had as a kid and how your counselors and instructors made the experience special for you. Really Camp Towanda just wants to make sure that you are dedicated and ready for the challenge.
