I believe they do but I wasn’t a part of it. However, you are placed in small “work groups” and you get to work very closely with a group of coworkers and your manager. During training, while we were on calls, we had groups set up where you could ask senior members and managers questions if we got stuck which was extremely helpful when facing an issue for the first time. After training, many of us in the group remained close, and we would have iMessage on our Macs or another messenger app open so that we could ask questions and get help from a colleague. This was extremely helpful to me because usually if I didn’t know the answer, someone in the group did.
